I truly believe Jarrett is the only agent that could have pulled off getting us closed on the home we wanted. The house was on market over a year, 30 days from final foreclosure, yet no one could get in to see it, like it was off market and the agent was unresponsive. I REALLY wanted to see this home and Jarrett literally went there and knocked on the door since we couldn't get ahold of anyone. He was tenacious and tactful and did most of the work for both selling and buying agent as they were just not available. There were SO many road blocks but he was right there with me figuring it out, sometimes at 11pm at night. And he was ALWAYS an ear and supportive through every aspect of the process. He helped with every step. He got them to negotiate prices and closing costs, and after a very challenging month we were able to close on the home of our dreams for a great price.
