With over 25 years in the mortgage and residential real estate industry and the last several as associate broker I’ve learned that life itself can be demanding, when working with buyers and sellers each transaction takes on a life of its own.  My greatest joy is when I have helped a customer/family find that ideal home that fits their requirements.  My approach as a realtor is to build a lasting relationship through trust by performing my fiduciary duties.  To assist them through the buying or selling process as stress free as possible by finding that ideal property and negotiating the best terms possible.  Over the years I have come to learn that constant communication with my clients and all who are involved in the transaction keeps the information flowing which makes the process run smoother and as a result helps create happy endings. 

I have lived in Texas since 1981.  In the Dallas Fort Worth area since 1989.  Graduated from Northwood University with a BBA in business administration.  I offer complete buyer and seller representation, to include first time home buyer programs, relocation assistance, real estate investors, new construction, quick pre-qualification, and a dynamic marketing program to enhance the sale of listings along with the best customer service possible.
